These Terms of Service govern emergency website malware cleanup, database remediation, malicious redirect repair, SEO spam cleanup, Google-warning recovery guidance, and related services provided by Fix Site Fast. By requesting services, you agree to these terms.
Service scope and estimates
Every incident is different. We review the symptoms and available information before confirming the scope, required access, estimated timing, and price. Standard single-site cleanup starts from US$249 after scope review. Complex ecommerce, multisite, server-wide, or reinfection cases require a separate written quote before work begins.
No Clean, No Fee
If we cannot resolve the agreed malware-cleanup scope, you do not pay for that cleanup. This promise applies only to the scope confirmed before work begins. It does not include third-party hosting charges, premium software, payment processing fees, server rebuilds, data recovery, or additional work outside the agreed incident.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining a current backup, keeping ownership and authority over the affected site, and obtaining permission for us to access the systems needed for the agreed work. Please create revocable, least-privilege accounts where possible and rotate passwords after remediation.
Access and security
We request only the access reasonably required for diagnosis and cleanup. We may refuse unsafe access-sharing methods. You remain responsible for your hosting account, domain, payment accounts, customer data, and any action taken outside the agreed service scope.
Search-engine and third-party decisions
We can remediate harmful content and provide guidance for search-engine security reviews. Google, hosting providers, browser vendors, payment providers, and other third parties make their own review decisions and control their own timelines. We do not guarantee delisting time, rankings, traffic recovery, or a particular business outcome.
Emergency availability
We provide 24/7 emergency contact availability. Actual response and completion times depend on incident severity, the information provided, access availability, and third-party systems.
Limitation of service
Security remediation reduces known risks but cannot guarantee that a website, server, or third-party service will never be compromised again. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, lost revenue, data loss, downtime caused by third parties, or indirect or consequential losses, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
